Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that deposits are required to book any of our services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are transferable ONE TIME ONLY and must be done so at the time of your cancellation. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the 48 hour window, your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. If your appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour window, your deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment. A No Call No Show will forfeit you from booking future appointments with us.
