Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Glow Beauty Bar! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every guest, please review our booking policies below. Reservations: All reservations must be booked online through our booking system. A retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This will go toward the total cost of your service unless there's a no-show or cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Retainer fees are transferable only ONCE if the appointment is rescheduled with a proper 24 hour notice. The retainer fee will be used as a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made after the 24 hour notice window. A No Call No Show will forfeit you from booking future appointments with us. Arrivals: We're located inside the LUXE SALON SUITES. Should you arrive early feel free to utilize our lobby area until your scheduled reservation time. Once you arrive inside, make the first right inside the lobby area. We're located on the right hand side inside of SUITE 10. Sickness: If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, etc.), please reschedule. For everyone's safety, clients showing signs of illness may be refused service. Additional Guests: To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
